I honestly didn't think I would enjoy outdoor fitness this much! I was worried it wouldn't be as physically challenging as the other big London workouts, but had a really great coach who pushed me hard and still kept it fun

The setup was brilliant – proper stations with functional strength work, running intervals, and conditioning circuits. What I liked most was the balance: challenging enough to push you hard, but scalable so people at different fitness levels could get a great workout. Training outdoors around Highbury & Islington added a great atmosphere as well – loads of energy in the group and a really supportive vibe. It felt more like a team session than just a workout.

this has become a highlight for me in London. working out outdoors with a great mix of exercises, looking up at the sky and the trees, and feeling the grass under your feet. I personally love that each class is different and challenges you in new ways
